How it Works: Print or save the 2025-26 Season Small Business Sponsorship Letter to send to local and family businesses, as well as employers or anyone else you feel may be interested in contributing a monetary donation to KODA. Your account will be credited the amount of any sponsorships received throughout the season. HOWEVER, for the business to be named on the Season Shirt, their donation must be received no later than January 5, 2026. Once you have sent sponsorship letters, please go onto the KODA Website and complete the google form for Small Business Sponsorships under fundraisers to notify KODA of what businesses you asked for sponsorships to ensure if any donations are mailed directly to KODA we can credit your account appropriately. DONATIONS NEED TO BE RECEIVED BY 1/5/26 FOR SHIRT RECOGNITION

Jack Links Beef Sticks Fundraiser - ORDER CLOSES 1/18

How it Works: Purchase a case of Original or Teriyaki Beef Sticks (or one of each!) for $43 per case, Each case contains 8 bags (4 oz bags with 8cnt .5oz mini sticks). The athlete would sell each bag within the case for $10, for a total of $80 per case. Selling the case would reimburse the original cost of $43 and give a profit of $37 per case. The upfront cost for the beef sticks must be paid at the time the sticks are delivered. Exceptions may be made ahead of time for families who have expressed financial hardship. A form can be found on the KODA Website under fundraising to place your Jack Links Orders. Orders must be placed no later than December 1st to guarantee your participation. A second order may be placed in January based on club wide interest.

January KODA Fundraiser Opportunities

Serve-A-Thon
(Date TBD and more details to come!)
How it Works: A Serve-A-Thon is a fundraising event in which athletes collect donations from family and friends to pay based
on a “per serve” level or a flat donation for participating in the event. Each athlete is given 20 serving opportunities. For each good serve, they would collect the per serve donation from each sponsor, or the flat donation for overall participation after serving 20 times regardless of the serving success rate.
To fundraise through this event, collect sponsorships utilizing the Serve-A-Thon Sponsor Form found on the KODA Website.
Family, Friends and Local Businesses can sponsor you based on a flat donation for participating OR they can sponsor you based on the number of good serves you make the day of the event. Flat donations can be collected at the time of sponsorship or after the event, while you will want to collect Per Serve Donations after the event takes place.
On the day of the Serve-A-Thon, bring your sponsorship form with you. We will collect a summary from you for our records, however the money raised can be used by you for your upcoming monthly payment, reimburse yourself if you paid in full, or put into your own savings to be used for your travel expenses for the season.

February KODA Fundraiser Opportunities

Gertrude Hawk and jack Links Beef Sticks (Individual)

Continuation: Athletes can continue to sell products distributed in December and possibly January if a second order was placed. We do not anticipate placing a third order.

Team/HUB Fundraising Opportunity

Expectation: In February, we encourage teams or location hubs to organize a fundraiser for athletes within the team/hub to participate in to reduce out-of-pocket expenses. Some examples would be Krispy Kreme Donuts, Little Caesar Pizza Kits, partnering with a local restaurant for give back night, March Madness Squares, etc. With Team/Hub fundraisers, don’t forget to advertise to other KODA Locations/Teams!
